Data confidentiality was designed into our
software from inception. We not only encrypt your data for
transmission/transport over the internet, VPN or dedicated connection, but
more importantly, it is maintained in an encrypted form throughout its
lifecycle. Only your account password can decrypt your data!
Our chosen data center facilities located
in the United States, provide full time physical security to protect the
servers residing at the location.
Service and data availability are ensured
through the use of multiple communication providers, multiple copies of
customer data and broad use of digital signatures for additional integrity.
We may, at times, use your IP address to
help diagnose problems with the connected server, and to administer our Web
site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to backup your files.
We use cookies in order to track the software installs and their origin.
There is no consequence to a user that sets their browser to reject cookies.
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information
(like their name, postal/zip code and e-mail address). We use customer
contact information from the registration form to send the user information
about our company. This site may contain links to other sites. Courtesy
Computers, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content
of such other Web sites.
Our product uses a registration form for
customers to activate their service. We collect subscribers contact
information (like their e-mail addresses) and may collect financial
information (like their credit card numbers). Contact information from the
registration form is used to send information about our company to our
customers/subscribers. Financial information that is collected is used to
bill the customer/subscriber for products and services. The customer's
contact information may also be used to inform the customer they have
protected their files, a request that we need to update the customer on the
service, or wish to send information on new products, special offers,
newsletters, etc. Courtesy Computers, Inc. will not sell, rent or disclose
any customer information to third parties.
OnLine Data Privacy
The Courtesy Computers, Inc. operations team operates a secure Data Center
to retain customer online storage/backup data. Each customer's online data
is fully encrypted at all times with a key code generated by the customer
and nobody, not even Courtesy Computers, Inc. staff, can access that
customer data.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and
alteration of the information under our control. Once the software is
installed, all data is encrypted (with AES standard encryption) on your
computer before it is transmitted our Data Center. For more information on

At Courtesy Computers, Inc., all employees sign a security policy and
practices agreement as well as a confidentiality agreement. We review our
security procedures on a monthly basis to ensure that we are employing the
most sophisticated security measures available.

Computers, Inc. Privacy Statement, all customers will be notified via
e-mail.
